With over 13 years of psychiatric care experience, Theresa has worked in both inpatient and outpatient facilities, helping people with a varied range of mental health struggles. She employs empathy and compassion, devoting the time necessary to get the entire scenario fully understood before she formulates any plans.
Theresa believes that outstanding mental health care is something beyond reading what's written in books; it is fostered by listening, self-knowledge, and creating an environment where patients know they are valued. Every treatment plan she creates is individualized, a team effort. It is focused on empowering individuals to go forward.

This is a one-to-one session where we really get to know you. We'll talk about how you're feeling, your health background, and what's been difficult for you recently. This helps me create a plan that's right for your needs.
We’ll talk through options, tell you simply how the medicine works, and we'll keep in touch regularly to see that it's helping you just right and not causing any issues. We'll make changes as needed so you feel your very best.
These are regular appointments (like monthly or every few weeks). We'll see how you're doing and make changes if necessary. It's just to make sure the plan is working well for you.
